In the meantime, children also discovered other playful activities such as light-painting, a photography shooting technique, or makey-makey, an activity presented by BEE SECURE which makes children playing the piano with bananas… During the break, a "human programming challenge" (a kind of flashmob) was organized and children danced on a pseudo-code in order to understand the way a computer works. At the end of the event, the organisers gifted kids with a special Mother’s day present.
"During a whole afternoon, children discovered how to use technologies which are part of their everyday lives. Hack4kids helps children understand how technologies work through playful workshops adapted to their levels", explains Matthieu Farcot from SECURITYMADEIN.LU.
